Please do not waste our time.A non-refundable downpayment of 30% (cost of materials) is required with all payment plans.A reference image is needed, exactly as seen in the ARTWORK section of this document. If you have no reference, you may order one from bnypudn at the standard reference sheet cost, given that there is time for that in our artwork queue.Not all artistic designs are possible to create in fursuit form, such as floating parts or transparency. please understand that BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW will be as creative as possible when coming up with ways to bring your dream to life!All fursuits come with a 1 month warranty after being delivered. this warranty allows the suit to be sent back for minor repairs caused by shipment or maker mistakes with shipping paid ½ by the BNY company and ½ by buyer. after 1 month, the warranty ends, however the BNY company will offer lifetime repairs for all suits with shipping and small fees included.Fursuit fit is depicted ENTIRELY based off of provided DTD. If you send out an ill-fitting DTD, the suit will be a poor fit as well. BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW are NOT liable for this issue.PREMADE ITEMSSometimes BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW create premade items (tails, paws, heads).
By purchasing a premade item, you acknowledge the following:For fursuit heads, the size and quality is often noted in the sales post. Some heads may have flaws that are addressed clearly, or may only fit larger or small head sizes. You will not hold BNYPUDN or BNYBUNGOLOW accountable for any negligence in your reading if you have a head size that is said will not fit or were expecting a different quality. (if you have an issue, please come to us so we can work it out together! communication is KEY).For fursuit paws, my paws are ALL one size fits all. Claws will either be minky or clicky plastic/resin. All paws are lined.
For fursuit tails, the size and any quality issues will be noted in the sales post.
Premade items cannot be returned or refunded once sent out to the buyer.
Premade items may be resold but for no more than originally bought, unless something new is added.If a premade item is part of a giveaway or raffle, you may NOT RESELL the item. IF you do not PAY for the item, you have no right to resell it for any monetary value.TESTER SLOTSBNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW offer discounted “tester slots” for items that have not been created by us before.Tester slots normally have up to a 15% off discount.By accepting a tester slot, you understand that there is a risk of the item not being produced properly by our manufacturer, as this slot will be the first example. To date, there has only been one failed creation, which we fixed up and turned into a cute usable item before sending home to their brave tester owners (bobble heads didn’t bobble, we turned them into mini figures.)Please do not accept a tester slot if you are not willing to take a risk or expect a hefty refund if the product turns out incorrectly.PAYMENT

Payment occurs either upfront or after the sketch is approved. special circumstances such as payment plans can be discussed based on the request!
FURSUITS
Payment can be made in full or in installments. For payment plans, a 30% non-refundable downpayment is required to both order the materials and hold your slot in my queue.

REFUNDSOur refund policy is strict due to the amount of WIPS and collaboration between BNYPUDN or BNYBUNGOLOW and the client. if the client is okay with the WIPS, there should be no reason for significant dissatisfaction.ARTWORK
For DIGITAL or TRADITIONAL comms, refunds only available before sketch is started. do NOT proceed with ordering art from us if you are not 100%. Refunds are not available due to previous experience of unpaid/refunded WIPS being taken and completed by the buyer themselves.FOR MANUFACTURED ARTWORK (standees, keychains, etc) BNYPUDN will NO LONGER offer refunds for tester slots. There is NO way to repurpose or reutilize custom manufactured products, so either the item will be shipped to you, or you will get a 20%-50% refund and the item will be used as an example.BNYPUDN WILL NOT SEND OUT ANY MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS IF A REFUND IS REQUESTED.FURSUITS
30% downpayment is NOT refundable. this covers the material cost, which once ordered, cannot be recovered.If you need to cancel and refund the order before any work is started, and you paid in FULL, you will get the remaining 70%. if you paid in installments and only paid the 30% downpayment, no refund will be given.If you request a refund once the project is started, but not completed, you will get a partial refund as now the cost of materials and cost of BNY’s effort is involved.
THE REFUNDED SUIT WILL BE TURNED INTO A PREMADE AND SOLD.If you request a refund once the suit is completed, the refund total will be smaller due to the significant effort fees and downpayment costs. the suit will NOT be sent to the client if they cancel and refund, as that would be a free or discounted product. the suit will be turned into a premade and sold.In the case of a suit being turned into a premade, the design will be altered so it is not identical to your character out of respect.
WIPSWIPs will be sent when they are available. WIPs will not be sent if it is a “surprise” order, where the artwork or fursuit would be complete artistic liberty.SHIPPING
Shipping fees are NEVER included in our pricesBNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW ships mainly using USPS or for larger orders PirateShip. (Subject to change with 8% surcharge).
More often than not, BNYPUDN uses a pickup service from USPS, which means the postal worker will pick up the package(s) from BNYPUDN, return them to the local post office, and then email BNYPUDN the tracking numbers.
BNYBUNGOLOW uses both drop off and pick up (we live right next to a UPS and USPS!)
Please be patient when waiting for the tracking, as we do not get access to them until the next morning!Shipping normally takes 1-4 days from BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW depending on your location WITHIN THE US. As of this edit (04/14/26) we have NOT shipped outside of the US, so we do not have much information on timelines.IMPORTANT
BNYPUDN's office is PET FRIENDLY. I have two dogs (who do not enter the office, however their fur is present on me), and two cats who DO enter the office. All items are cleaned and vacuumed (suits) before going home, however traces of fur may still be present.

BNYBUNGOLOW's office is a PET FREE office as we work in a production facility. Basil's family owns a coffee company so all products will have a FAINT SCENT of coffee (I cant control it but if you incredibly sensitive to the smell I will personally wash and package your order to get rid of the smell. <3)Our offices are smoke-free environmentsBNYPUDN has frequent appointments and is a full-time college student. BNYBUNGOLOW works full-time jobs ontop of production. We have varying days off and hour changes due to this. We will maintain the deadlines we have set unless otherwise discussed. (Never hesitate to reach out!)RIGHTS RESERVEDBNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW reserves the right to decline to work for someone for any reason. If a client is rude, demanding, harassing, guilt-tripping, or otherwise a nightmare, we WILL cancel the order and refund accordingly. If the client has only paid the 30% downpayment, no refund will be issued. If the product is almost entirely done, minimal refund will be issued, and the product will be scrapped.BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW reserves the right to use any photos/videos of our creations to use for promotional and example purposes across our social media.BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW reserves the right to reutilize and resell any abandoned or canceled projects with small changes to the overall design if extremely unique.BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW CAN and WILL refuse to work with babyfurs, zoophilies, pedophilies, and supporters of any of the previously mentioned. BNYPUDN and BNYBUNGOLOW does not associate with ANY of them, please respect our boundaries and do not make us uncomfortable.
